My name is Breecia Sherrod, Owner and Lead Sugarista of Queen Sugar Wax and Body. I am a licensed full spa specialist/esthetician. Educated by Aveda Institute of Orlando. I have been working in the beauty industry for over 10 years now and sugaring professionally for 6 years. I am incredibly passionate about the beauty of sugaring. I was an Educator for Sweet and True Sugaring Co. I taught Foundational and Advanced Courses all over the state of Florida. Miami, Orlando and Tampa primarily. I will be resuming teaching in 2024. Beginning on March 13 2024, please go the address listed above.
Upon Arrival,
Please park in the front of the building. Parking is available on site. Come up to the black gate (it should be open) come up the stairs to the wooden door (it should be unlocked)
Once you go through the main door, there is a narrow hallway that leads to the waiting area. Please wait in the waiting area to be serviced. If I am in a service or the door is closed upon arrival please text me that you have arrived.
There is also a bathroom located in the building.

BEFORE BOOKING
MUST BE 18 or OLDER TO BOOK ANY AND ALL APPOINTMENTS!
Helpful Tips:
• Please use the restroom prior to your appointment.
There is one located in the building
• Please follow proper aftercare instructions pre and post treatment.
• Please exfoliate the skin a minimum of two days before the appointment. Do not exfoliate the day before, the day of or the day after. Wait two days after your appointment to resume your aftercare routine.
• Please have a minimum hair length of 1/4 of an inch long. (example : grain of rice)
• Please wear comfortable loose clothing to your appointment.
• Please wear a tampon/diva cup if on menstral cycle. (Not a reason to cancel, we still sugar while client is on their menstral cycle)
• Please do not wear any deodorant, creams, oils or lotions on body prior to your appointment.
DEPOSITS
Deposits will be included in total service fee and are NON-REFUNDABLE!
NO MATTER THE INSTANCE!
Examples:
If you cancel after you book your appointment, your deposit is still non-refundable. If you make a mistake when booking (meant to choose another service provider over the one you selected) your deposit is still non-refundable. No matter the instance the deposit is always non-refundable.
Please message Breecia first and we can make any changes to your appointments before you decide to cancel and lose your deposit. We have the power to edit it to your liking. So if you’d like to add anything on please message Breecia. The numbers are listed below in Payments.
$20 is the deposit fee that will be due at time of booking in order to secure your appointment. Remaining balance will be due upon service completion. No excuses.
GUESTS
Due to Covid-19, we will only allow 3 person(s) in the studio suites at one appointment time. That includes the client receiving services and also the technical providing service(s). If children are brought into the treatment room, they are to be well behaved and sit quietly for the duration of the service. Children are not to be left unattended in the building at any time. If you must bring a guest please inform your technician so the proper arrangements can be made upon arrival.

AFTER OR BEFORE HOUR BOOKING
Anytime before or after regular business hours will be an additional $50 fee. WE ONLY discuss business via text messaging or phone call during our business hours, please allow atleast 12-24hrs for a response, we will make it a priority to respond ASAP!!!
We will NOT rush through any service, please ensure that you have enough time for the full service.
Leaving you clean and smooth is our guarantee.
TARDINESS & NO SHOW POLICY
*15 minute grace period*
After 5 minutes, your technician will send a courtesy text message asking for your eta. After a 15 minute grace period, you will automatically be charged 100% of the remaining balance. You will need to book a new appointment & pay a new deposit! Try to reschedule before canceling your appointment. No call/ No shows will be charged 100% of remaining balance and banned from further booking opportunities, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
RESCHEDULE POLICY
Each client is sent a confirmation email when they book their appointment. Through this email you can reschedule your appointment. If your appointment is booked a month or so in advance and you need to reschedule it, please use your confirmation email. Breecia will NOT be rescheduling appointments that are scheduled that far in advance and she will not be rescheduling appointments through private text message or direct messages on Instagram.
You are also sent 2 confirmation texts up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. That message is sent to inform you that that is the final hour that you can reschedule your appointment. After that time frame expires, you are no longer allowed to reschedule your appointment . It will be considered a same day cancellation (refer to same day cancellation policy)
PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT BEFORE CANCELING! The deposit is non refundable no matter the instance.
SAME DAY CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the non refundable deposit, it would be best to reschedule your appointment to a later time or date prior to your appointment date. No matter the instance, if you notify your practitioner that you are cancelling your appointment on the same day, it will be considered a no show and you will be issued an INVOICE to your email which will entail our same day cancellation policy and will allow you to pay the appointment(s) remaining balance.You are given 7 days to pay your invoice. Failure to pay the invoice, will result in the client being banned from booking future appointments with QSWB.
Having your mensural cycle (period or cramps) is NOT reason a to cancel your appointment. If you are cramping or have a heavy flow, please reschedule your appointment the night prior. We still perform sugaring services while clients are on their mensural cycle, please wear a tampon or diva cup. Pads are not acceptable.
We send out courtesy text messages and emails prior to your scheduled appointment. So there is no excuse why you cannot reschedule ahead of time.
